Ngoc Thai Acupressure

We are a family owned business with over 10 years in service and we have become one of Melbourne’s most respected clinics, offering a wide range of services to treat physical pain and dysfunction. We use remedial & myotherapy for preventative, corrective and rehabilitative treatment of injuries, dysfunction and postural issues.

Many clients also see us to maintain their overall physical health and stress levels. Remedial massage & myotherapy are comprised of manual therapies, and some extra advanced manual techniques.

A targeted and focused form of massage...

Our treatment is a targeted and focused form of massage and involves the assessment, analysis, and treatment of muscles, connective tissues (fascia), ligaments, and tendons which are prone to injury and muscular dysfunctions as a result of overuse, overloading, shortening or lengthening

We use Remedial massage to locate and repair damaged areas of the body and speed up the body’s own healing processes. The pressure applied in this healing treatment can either be strong and deep or gentle and shallow, depending on the problem.

Problems with the muscles can trigger or radiate pain to other parts of the body. Remedial massage aims to trace the original reason for the pain, tackling both the cause of the problem and the symptoms.

We will try to always get a better understanding of your health and will ask you about your health and lifestyle. We will use a number of different techniques to locate and repair damaged areas of the body. We will deeply penetrate muscles associated with the problem and also stretch different parts of the body.

Here is a list of some common musculoskeletal imbalances and injuries that can be effectively treated using remedial massage:
